Chloe Munro – Chairman

Chloe has been active in water reform for over a decade. She has held leadership positions in the public and private sectors in New Zealand, the UK and Australia. Chloe joined AquaSure in September 2009 as its independent non-executive chairman. She is also a member of the National Water Commission.

Chris Herbert – Chief Executive Officer

Chris has over 35 years experience in civil engineering. He has been involved at leadership levels in areas such as water supply, freeway construction and major building works, as well as airport and rail transportation. Previous projects include the Sydney Desalination Plant and the EastLink Motorway.

Joe Fontana – Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining AquaSure, Joe was chief financial officer and company secretary of Auiron Energy Limited, an ASX-listed mining and exploration company. He has held several senior finance and accounting positions with other large mining companies. Joe joined AquaSure on 1 January 2010.

Thierry Bergero – Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining AquaSure as chief operating officer, Thierry worked for the Suez Environnement Group. He comes from a background of extensive international experience in the management of water and wastewater services and has worked on large-scale projects in France, Indonesia and Australia.

Benedicte Colin – Company Secretary and General Counsel

Benedicte is a corporate and mergers and acquisitions lawyer with 15 years' experience in advising major international transactions. Prior to joining AquaSure in September 2009, she was legal counsel for Dégremont/Suez Environment, advising on the finance and equity aspects of the Victorian Desalination Project.

John Ridley – Community and Public Relations Manager

John has extensive experience in the public and private sectors and has operated a Melbourne-based communications strategy consultancy for over 20 years. He was a senior private secretary to the foreign minister and a director of public affairs for Alcoa. In recent years he has developed communications strategies for several major Victorian infrastructure projects.
